Our cacao paste is made with some of the rarest cacao beans on earth meaning they are only native to Ecuador and available in limited quantities.
They are produced 2km from Ecuador’s Yasuni security strip, a designated area to protect indigenous peoples and wildlife from environmental and cultural exploitation. A unique small zone where amphibian, bird, mammal, and vascular plant diversity all reach their maximum levels within the western hemisphere.
